Here, at Wellness Unlimited, you will find the peace and tranquility needed to embrace healing. I use a blend of Holistic Health Therapies, working with the body to encourage the release of stresses and encumbrances on the systems. These systems need to work efficiently to ensure that you feel well and move freely. Our bodies work overtime to allow us the healing we need, but when one or more systems is overtaxed, the other systems become overworked and tired and we end up feeling tired and achy and perhaps slumped or crooked in posture. My Special Blend of Therapies include: Reflexology (massage of the feet and hands to open and rebalance energy pathways), Craniosacral Therapy (evaluation and enhancement of the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord), Reiki (activating, directing and applying universal energy), Postural Assessment and Release Techniques (tells me where and why the restrictions are there), Energy Release Techniques, and Wellness Counselling (including courses discovering the roles we play in All Areas of Life, “Healthy Relationship With Myself Seminar”). I also teach Reiki to students interested in increasing their awareness of their bodies, energies and healing.
