Through my business, You and Improved Counselling, I provide counselling and therapy to individuals who are at a place in their life where they feel change is required in order to live their life as the best version of themselves. My counselling role is to assist you in rediscovering who you are and why you are experiencing certain feelings, emotions, challenges or repeating relationship patterns in your life.
