By Leanne from Indian HeadExcellent serviceI saw Dr. Lebell after a medication caused me to experience panic attacks and anxiety. Dr. Lebell has shown compassion, recommended that I see the Relaxation Therapist, which has helped immensely. I work through the Cognitive Behaviour Therapy homework and then speak to Dr. Lebell at our sessions. So far, things are working, and I'm starting to feel more like myself every day. I'm so glad I chose to see someone instead of trying to do this on my own. If you have anxiety or need to talk to someone, give this place a call. They are very understanding.Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
By Geo from ReginaCARING AND COMPASSIONATE PERSONS AT LEBELLI came to Lebell & Associates and saw a counsellor by the name of Cal Nugent. Cal was a kind, caring, compassionate, knowledgeable professional who helped me so much. He taught me to have faith in myself and to love myself when I did not feel this way. I came to him a very depressed woman and this soon changed. Cal picked me up when I was feeling down. He taught me to take care of myself that I was important and to do the things that made me feel good for myself. I was always taking care of everyone else but never for myself. He taught me that I am important and worthy. I never had anyone ever pick up my spirits the way that Cal did. I was feeling so down in the dumps and so depressed but Cal taught me differently, he taught me to do things that make me happy and not even a small change will make a difference in my life. And I did these small changes one by one and yes did they ever make a difference in my life. I am so blessed and so honored to have met Cal, he is a lifesaver for me. I also had the pleasure of meeting Rick Lebell because Cal recommended that I go see Cal for more specialized treatment and Rick is also kind and caring like Cal is. I was scared to go see Rick but Cal reassured me that Rick would help me and I already feel better from the times that I have gone to see Rick. They sure make a great team of caregivers. I will be seeing Rick in the coming days for issues of trauma and abuse and I am looking forward to working on me and my self esteem. I know that Rick will take good care of me just like Cal took such great care of me. I know that I will make headway with my past trauma. I need to process it and understand it and know that it was not my fault because Cal taught me that the abuse was not my fault that I did nothing for it to be done to me, I know that now because Cal told me so. It is going to be a great life for me now that I have Cal and Rick in my life, I could not be better cared for by anyone else. Thank you so muchYes, I would recommend this to a friend

Cal is the most caring, compassionate and professional counselor that I have worked with. We were able to work at my own speed for my abuse and trauma issues. Not once was I ever rushed. I was truly listened to and cared for. Not only did I have counseling with Cal, but we were able to share a good laugh every now and again, at times when I really needed a good laugh. I would definitely recommend Cal to anyone who needs help and is struggling with personal issues and depression. I seen Cal for about one year and I am in a much better place because of him and his teachings. He picked me up when I felt down and picked up my self esteem which was at a all time low. I hated myself and he taught me way to love myself and be kind to myself. He made me feel special when no one did. I hated the thought of going to counseling but I am sure glad that I went to Lebell and found Cal, he has been my life saver. I was struggling so bad and there were times when I would have given up but Cal would not let me give up, he always made me feel special and important. No other counselor has ever done that for me. I also had the chance to work with Rick Lebell with my recent motor vehicle accident and he has been great, he is such a good listener and person. He has given me such great advice. I am now going to be going to see him for my painful trauma past of sexual abuse, rapes, and other trauma that I have experienced. I know that he will be able to help me, because Cal recommended that I go see Rick, so I am looking forward to this week when I will have my first session with Rick to deal with my PTSD and other issues that I am going through. I am alive because of Cal and Rick, I had attempted suicide once before but now that I have Cal and Rick on my team, I am not even thinking those stupid thoughts. I am on the road to recovery and wellness and it is only because of Cal Nugent and Rick Lebell, you mean so much to meYes, I would recommend this to a friend

Dr Rick Lebell did nothing to help the Post traumatic stress that I occurred In Dec 2014. I don't know how much more money I want to spend to relieve my daily stress and anxiety since I got a lot of money stolen. I feel like a victim. I know he is the resource I need. However, Dr Lebell does not return my calls, e mails and it is hard to get an appointment with. He seems to busy and bothered.No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend-
