We aren't getting our mail, 3 weeks now because the landlord won't fix the problems that are making it unsafe for the postman or anyone else. They are liars and change rules when they feel like it. They ignore you all the time. They don't give you what is offered in the lease. The women at the office are rude and God forbid they have to work or move. When I asked them what they were going to do about the rats, their answer was, we don't have to report our actions to you! They do not honor their lease at all. I could go on, and on! Manor Park Estates sucks big time. 0 rating!

The 'rental agency', if you could call it that, is a joke. Doing their job seems like a burden. They make you feel as if you are wasting their time, even though an appointment was booked days in advance. When it comes to asking questions or getting any information, they get defensive and rude. Expect to be hung up on.No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend

We had a house fire lost our dog and they are treating us like the bad guys . Not even a phone call to say sorry for your loss. People complain of unsafe electrical outlets. And they do nothing . What will it take? This is not right they do not care about your well being.. Only your money. Ugly old houses. They refuse to give me the rest of my rent money and now are refusing to give me rent receipts without having it in writing. This should not be allowed. They do not even give their last name because they are clearly doing something wrong. Please for your safety and sanity Do NOT rent from MANOR PARK!! Horrible rental agency although it's not professional enough to be called an agency!!!!!!! Disgusted previous tenant

Constantly in court with tenants fighting for their rights. The place is very old and unsafe. No firewall between units. Only 60amp service, so appliances must be limited. They take no accountability for their neglect to the properties or their tenants.-
