    Second to None for Customer Service
    My son married last year and after the groomsmen tuxedo rentals, he was eligible for a suit valued up to $400. He was unable to take advantage of this offer before expiring July 2012 as he suffered a massive heart attack on his honeymoon. Recovery has been very long, eventually living with a heart pump, then having a heart transplant. I contacted the Oshawa store during August or September 2012 and was told his offer would be put on hold. Today I went to this store to inquire about his taking advantage of this offer as he needed a suit, and I can not state how friendly, understanding and helpful the staff were to my son. They remembered my story after more than a year and completed it for me before even giving his name! These exceptional people made my son feel good about shopping. Right now it is hard for him because of medications resulting in weight gain. But, the knowledgeable salesman was able to assist and my son not only got his suit, but other pieces of clothing. Moores is our "go-to" store for men's clothing. Thank you.
