By the third week, I called to check the status of my order & couldn't get an update. I spoke to the owner to expressed my frustration & was guaranteed that the order would be ready in 2 days time. Two days passed and nothing. I called back to speak to the owner, who then avoided my calls & emails for days, to be told it would be ready 6-8 weeks. After receiving the order, the quality was no good. I couldn't use it. It was absolutely rediculous. I notified the company abut the quality, to be told I have to wait another 6-8 weeks to get a replacement. If this is how they treat their customers, then I would suggest they go somewhere else. This is the worst company do so business with in Canada.-
