We visited the lighting store first time and they were closed even though we called to find out the hours they were open that day. We were later told they closed early cause of the heat of the lights?! Trip one from out of town wasted. Trip 2-were very not impressed with customer service, were ignored for the longest time and when we did get help it was not personal. When we asked for suggestions we were told it was our taste not theirs. Settled on a light opened the box tried to install and than noticed a defect that affected the light. Tried to return the light next day,but were told no refunds! Even for a defected light? No offers to fix or exchange (only at our expense!) The excuse- the light was tampered with??? Yes, we opened the box next day and assembled to install like most people do and noticed the defect. Spend $800 waste of money. Staff not helpful or friendly and their after service is the worst. Would not recommend. Will never return as we feel we were ripped off. Like to save someone else going through this and wasting money on defective lighting. Felt like a criminal when we had no control what we found in the box when we opened it. Felt like this light may have been used or refurbished before. So we question the quality of the products they sell and is that why no refunds?
