Hendrickson Bagels Ltd. (formerly Bagelatte)

Husband and wife team Ron Hendrickson and Pamela Stadnyk have been making their fresh preservative-free bagels and cream cheeses in Sherwood Park since 1997 and also sell at the Old Strathcona Farmers Market in Edmonton on Saturdays. Ron makes all the bagels himself using his own unique method and recipes. Shiny and chewy on the outside, light and tender on the inside, they are supremely satisfying as well as wholesome and nutritious. All bagels are preservative-free, low in saturated fat, trans fat-free, and contain no nuts, eggs, animal fats or dairy (except cheese bagels). 12 varieties of regular bagels and 7 varieties of mini-bagels. Whole grain and multi-grain are high in fibre. Also available at Planet Organic Market stores in Edmonton.
