    NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS
    RUDE AND UNHELPFUL! If you deal with customers on a daily basis, be sure to stay patient when they come to you stumped and frustrated, but also be sure to take the time to truly figure out what they want — they'd rather get competent service than be rushed out the door! THIS IS YOUR NUMBER ONE JOB KEEPING CUSTOMERS HAPPY! SO YOU NEED SOME SKILLS IN 1. Patience 2. .Attentiveness 3. Clear Communication Skills 4. Knowledge of the Product 5. Ability to Use "Positive Language" 6. A Calming Presence TIMBERLAND CEDAR PRODUCT NEEDS TO WORK ON IT BIG TIME!! TIMBERLAND NEED TO READ WHY IS IT IMPORTANT TO HAVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE A company with excellent customer service is more likely to get repeat business from customers. TIMBERLAND CEDAR PRODUCT poor customer service WILL lose customers, which will have a negative impact on business. It costs a lot more money for a company to acquire a customer than to retain. Therefore, the efforts that goes into maintaining quality customer service can really pay dividends over time. Customer satisfaction is important because it provides Timberland Cedar Products owners with a metric that they can use to manage and improve their businesses. NOT LOSES CUSTOMER LIKE MYSELF WHO WILL TELL OTHERS OF HOW TERRIBLE THEY ARE AT KEEPING A CUSTOMER HAPPY. HANGING UP ON THE PHONE WITH ME THE CUSTOMER IS NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE ... MAKE ME THE CUSTOMER VERY UPSET..................... QUESTIONING THE CUSTOMER AS SOME UNKNOWN PERSON IS NOT LISTENING TO WHAT MY CONCERNS ARE AND JUST SAYING I DO NOT KNOW WHO YOU ARE CALLING IS NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE,YOU ARE RUDE PERIOD. UNLESS TIMBERLAND CEDAR PRODUCTS FIXES THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE ISSUES, ONE DAY NO ONE WILL WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH TIMBERLAND CEDAR PRODUCTS. I GUESS IT WILL BE TIMBERLAND CEDAR PRODUCTS CHOICE ON WHAT THEY DO! FOR ME NEVER AGAIN WILL I DEAL WITH THEM!!!

    Delivery Costs
    We purchased fence panels and gate last week, which to be fair are lovely. However dealing with the company is a different matter entirely. They are rude, put the phone down on me a couple of time when I disputed delivery costs. They double charged me for delivery costs. Would not use them again and would definitely not recommend them. Awful to deal with. A customer course would not go amiss for them, I can tell you!! We have ended up paying a huge amount just in delivery costs and would have been better off purchasing from somewhere more local to us.
