Using classical physiotherapy assessment, craniosacral and visceral therapies and introducing Somatic Experiencing, which she is currently studying, she will help you find the solution that works for you and your life. One hour private confidential sessions respectfully address the whole person to get you on the road to recovery. Acute and chronic conditions including but not limited to soft tissue injuries, concussion, falls, post MVA, TMJ, headaches, neck and back pain, persistent pain. Pamela is also a RYT200 (Registered Yoga Teacher) and certified by Neil Pearson, well known pain educator, physiotherapist and yoga therapist in Pain Care Yoga.
