Ignores registered letters by her client to have her POA who is keeping her a prisoner changed. Ignores and refuses to speak to concerned family members. Our family has no recourse now but to hire a lawyer to attempt the rectify the damage this firm has caused. If you have elderly parents DO NOT USE THIS FIRM. Notary recounted a previous case of elder abuse she had... which did not instill any confidence in our family if she could not recognize and prevent it from happening again. Find a competent notary and avoid this firm.No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend-
