I literally just walked out of the store 10 mins ago and made sure that i leave a review on this so called "boutique store". My brother had selected a winter jacket in this store and i wanted to get it for him. When i asked for a jacket in that $300-$400 price range. This older guy who was being very nice to me before showed me a nice jacket and said he could sell it to me for $350. I agreed but when we went to the cashier he added $50 in taxes. When i questioned it he started degrading me and said i was just a cheap customer wasting his time. I was so shocked at his reaction that i made sure i leave a negative review as soon as i got back. They do bargain for their items and i agree they are nice quality but they wont even except returns. I asked him if my brother would be able to return it and he said NO. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. If im going to drop $400 in a store, the least the staff can do is be a little more civilized.-
