I grew my hair for 3 years to donate to cancer in honour of my grandmother and aunt. I used a Dealfind coupon that my mother bought for me to celebrate my accomplishment. I showed the hairdresser a picture of what I wanted and asked if she could do the hairstyle in the picture, which she said she could. Big mistake; it turned out HORRIBLY! To start, she didn't cut my hair the correct length so it was not long enough to even donate, defeating the purpose of growing it in the first place. AND she completely screwed up my colouring so I now have bad 90s highlights. I'm not even comfortable wearing my hair down or going to a job interview because it looks that bad. When I confronted the owner about it she was extremely rude and not interested in fixing the problem. She insisted that I got what the coupon stated, and wouldn't offer to fix my hair or at least get it back to the original colour for me. She even had the audacity to shout, "I can't please everyone!" to me as I was walking out of the salon with my family in a very disrespectful manner. My strong recommendation is for everyone to stay away, definitely not worth the discount and tears shed for my waist-length hair.
No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend
