    Terrible Business Never Recommend, Very Rude Owner
    I was looking around Hamilton for my daughter's Grade 8 grad dress. I happen to be at Jackson Square and saw Kimberly Fashions. My daughter picked a dress in which she loved and the owner of the store said she would order the dress in pink for her since that was the color she had wanted. She told me the dress would be ready in 3 weeks. I went back 3 and a half weeks later and she had not ordered the dress. I was frustrated and upset for my child since I knew her grad is quickly approaching. The owner told me to come back in 1 week and she would have the dress. I went back in 1 week and she had ordered the wrong dress. I was so upset that my daughter was scared she wouldn't get it that she then settled for that one. She told me to come back in 3 days cause it needed to be altered. I went back 1 week later and the owner caused a huge scene. I had asked where was the dress hemmed and she started to scream at me "COME ON WHAT DO YOU MEAN WHERE IS THE DRESS HEMMED". I think as a customer it is yet normal to ask questions about a product that I am purchasing. She then started yelling at my older daughter telling her that she needed to get out of the store and she was mad at us. When she was pointing fingers and touching my daughter on the arm and screaming, my daughter told her to not yell at her and that the whole store is looking at her as the owner yelling at people and she continued to yell. In the end i pulled my daughter away from the incident, took the dress and left. I will NEVER advise you to purchase from Kimberly Fashions. I have now told friends at work and they told me they have heard nothing but bad from this owner. DO NOT order a dress from her. If anything go in try the dress and only buy it if she has it there. Overall worst experience I've ever been in and she needs to be better with customer service and have a better attitude before she ends up with no business.

    THEY ARE HORRIBLE!
    Just to get down to it, my experience with them was one i'll never forget. If you don't buy a dress in the store don't consider buying one at all. If they offer to custom make one for you, just walk away!!! THEY LEFT ME WITH THE MOST UGLIEST DRESS 10 DAYS BEFORE MY QUINCE!!
