By Heather from TorontoTERRIBLE, DO NOT USEHE WILL RUIN YOUR SHOES, HE WON'T FIX THE WORK AND HE WON'T REFUND YOUR MONEY, AND THEN HE WILL YELL AT YOU. NEVER take your shoes here (or anything you value). I brought my boots in to have the lining repaired (I wish I had just left them alone now). He told me he would need to unstitch my boots at the seam to access the liner, then stitch back up. When I got the boots back, I could not get them on without a struggle, and couldn't get them off without help - they had been stitched up too tight. I have had these boots for 5 years and have never had an issue getting them on or off. My feet did not grow in the week that he had them for repair, either. I took them back in and asked him to fix them and he started yelling at me, saying it wasn't anything he had done - it was the boots, or it was me!!!!! So I told him I wanted my money back, and he continued to yell at me!! The situation was so clearly not my fault that other customers who were there could see this too, and came to my defense, and then left because they couldn't imagine giving this guy their business.No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend-
