Many times, people who are in need of Ontario works are interogated, humiliated, belittled and made to feel really bad. If the government is paying these workers good money and benefits to do the job of providing social services to people who are poor and underprivileged, than it's safe to say that they are required to do that job properly and their inability to do this job properly also costs tax payers money. If someone does not qualify to get Ontario Works, let that person know why that is or how other assistance is available to help them. Please don't humiliate and insult them. You are paid to help and assist people, whereas a lot of your clients are not paid to be insulted, humiliated and interogated.

They just say some people will always rip off the system but they don't do a thing themselves about it. They want the public to put themselves in danger by naming these people instead of their case workers doing their jobs right and busting these people before they rip off their kids and the city. But they are so hard on the clients who are honest and using their funds towards their kids needs. This system needs to be reported and it needs to be reconstructed. They make the excuse that the case workers have so many clients so it's natural for fraud to slip through. They do nothing to those people but reject the good people. The system is made for the mentally ill who commit fraud. Innocent people get screwed.

For some help..an the case worker was so rude to me. He told me why I don't go ask my doctor when am fit to work. Even thou i show him my sick letter....I think he was unprofessional an rude ...thank you.-
