I have been a tenant for over 10 years and I actually have been witness to many things that have happened only ever since a psychopath named Jen Bovin has moved in. She has messed with everyone's lives anyway that she can and thrives on it for some reason or another. She has been caught on tape recently dumping smoke butts in her own yard and trying to say it was another tenant. She makes this place very unlivable even tho I live behind her two streets. I hear everything and to top it off her father is on the board of directors. I can't believe how much joy this woman has in trying to make people's lives miserable. I am surprised she has not been kicked out yet. She has called the police on numerous tenants for things she has done to make it look like she is innocent because she doesn't like them. Jen is a menace to this place and I would NEVER tell anyone to live here until she has been kicked out or leaves on her own. I don't think she will ever leave because I have noticed she enjoys watching others hurt. This place would be an excellent place to move to if it wasn't for her being there. I can get letters from each tenant to say she has harassed them with signatures and I am going to. She needs to leave this place and go seek help because this is a very terrible place to live and all because of one person. She even scratched the word Cu#t in her own mail box while pretending to check her mail one day. The people that live around her have cameras not because there is break ins but because of Jen Bovin. I can't believe how someone could be so vindictive over nothing. The places are very nice inside and mostly well kept. I know this because I am also on the board. She had a bottle of Motts Clamato sitting outside her door empty for months and then all of a sudden it was shot at another tenant. When is this going to stop? When will this menace be kicked out. I am going to take action so people can live in peace.No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend-
