By Sa from AuroraAvoid this salonI purchased a Groupon because the price was right but I wouldn't return even if it were free. The service is rude, and it seemed like I was inconveniencing her from start to finish. On the phone, every appointment time I suggested that she couldn't accommodate was not met with an alternative. She just wasn't helpful and wanted to rush me off. When I arrived, she was putting on makeup, and didn't acknowledge me. I almost thought I was talking to a customer. When she finally came over to me, there was never a smile, hello, greeting - nothing. Finally, when starting small talk, I made mention that her salon looked familiar. At that point she didn't want to entertain my Groupon because it was for first time clients only (even though it had been years that I visited that salon and there was potential to become a regular customer). I proceeded to tell her that the Groupon had expired anyway and that I would have to pay full price/the difference. She still didn't budge. Confused, I said "So I'll just leave?" and she said "OK". I was shocked and just left immediately. I would never go back. Don't waste your time or money. She acts like she doesn't want my business and if that's the case, don't register on Groupon to attract new business.No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend

Booked a appointment for a Sunday as was told on the phone only do Groupons on Sundays, went there for my appointment & no-one was there the shop was closed. I am now calling for 2 days now to rebook & not answering telephone keep getting answering machine as I guess number is reconzied when I call. What is up with this salon I want my money backNo, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend

I love having my hair done by Maria (whether she is bleaching my horrible roots, or dying my entire head it is always incredible) and also the company of her puppy as well. Would definitely recommend, I am SO happy I started coming and getting my hair done here.Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

She does an amazing color and highlights, love all her cuts/layers. She does and i agree with everyone else an awesome blow dries; any kind u like and any styles u dream of. Known her since 2011 and I hope she stays at this salon forever! And I mean forever! Love u Maria, God bless u :))).

Although the owner, Maria, seemed to be very experienced and professional, she refused to do the colour that I asked her for. She almost charged me extra for having long hair, even though I didn't get any colour (which the Groupon called for). I won't be returning.

Maria seemed to be an experienced, hard-working entrepreneur who had newly taken over an existing salon. She did a great job with my cut and highlights and I've received many complements. I plan to return and would recommend her to others. One minor issue...would recommend she buy new robes as the one I was given had a lot of stains on it. Her pooch 'Bella' was very sweet too!Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Shes professional, helpful, friendly and best of all makes me look like a million bucks each time I leave her salon. I got compliments on my color and cut and the style.
