By Traci Mills from BarrieCustomer ReviewThis place has bed bugs Checked in at 1:30 stayed there because they allowed pets and was close to vets, I was awakened by bites, at least 15 bites before I realized it. Jump up pulled covers down and found bed bugs!! Caught one in a cup and took it to front desk and showed the girl named Lisa I said I would like my money because they had BED BUGS She says to me we do not have bed bugs, I said look in the cup again!!! She says we are not allowed to give refunds. This was the most disgusting place and should be condemned She would not give me the owners name so I could talk to him personally and she would not give me that either That girl should be ashamed of herself because she wasn't surprised at all when I told her about bed bugs! Thank god I didn't bring my bags in this place She looked like a crack head and it made me sick to my stomach NEVER GO THERE!! SERIOUS BED BUGS PROBLEMS THERE!!!-
