I was pressured into buying the Tire & Rim Warranty, yes I should've said no but I gave in. Now, here's where the issue lies. I called and emailed the Financial Services Manager within 6 days, asking to cancel the warranty. She promised it would be cancelled immediately and I wouldn't get charged the $1400 for it. After getting the runaround for months, they now just brush me off now. They ignore the fact that I've been scammed and refused to refund my $1400 as promised. I was even told that their financial services manager scammed other clients and that she no longer worked for them. Needless to say, I did not receive the refund! I love my bmw, even 3 years later. But I will NEVER, EVER deal with Performance BMW ever again. I should mention, they offered me the $1400 back only if I purchased another vehicle with them. I do not trust this dealership and would never recommend them.-
