Saturday Nov 6 2015 at approximately 10:38 am I put a $20 Bill in the facility's change machine, and unfortunately nothing was dispensed. I hit cancel and did not get my $20 back either. I called the number posted for assistance twice and left my information asking to please contact me. I also sent an email request to the same, still no response. I understand the change machine is subject to mechanical mal functions, but what I don't understand is the lack of customer service. Disappointing to say the least. This was a car wash I used regularly but will now find a new location.
