    Disappointed customer
    I called this company looking for organic lawn care solutions. They asked me my address, and without actually visiting my property, sent me a quote electronically, based on a google map of my address. I was surprised, but I agreed to the quote. Shortly after, they provided the first service and followed up suggesting that I purchase additional services. It would have been helpful to have those suggestions before I agreed to the initial contract, but then again, they based the contract only on a google map! After a second visit for another service, I received a phone call saying that they had miscalculated the size of my lot. I was surprised that they only noticed the size of my lot on the second visit and not the first! They said they would have to charge me more as a result for any remaining services. I declined and expressed my dismay that they hadn't taken the necessary steps to verify the contract they sent to me initially. I expressed how surprised I was that they were only now calling me, after the second visit to my property. Given that I was not prepared to change the contract at that time, they proceeded to withdraw their services. I received a cheque after a reminder phone call, with the balance owing. I now have to find a reliable lawn company. Definitely wouldn't suggest them. Terrible customer service. They should have honoured the contract, despite their initial error.
