When the situation was addressed, the manager (ROB NEUTS) rectified the problem with a rude, arrogant, and pompous attitude. Being a business owner and dealing with clients on a daily basis myself, I can tell you the management at this establishment is elementary leadership at best. Milestone/Cara being a part of your target demographic, I highly suggest you look into your management at Milestones Queensway.No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend-
