Stylist cancelled my appointment because she ended up making plans to party in Hamilton. Now I'm left scrambling to find another place that will take an appointment on short notice.
This isn't the first time. Before Christmas I had them pressure to move my appointment ahead by four hours.
So my rating: reasonable cut (I give 30% tip)
Though, unprofessional service.No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend-
