Kathryn Jackson Therapy

I am an experienced relational psychotherapist. My aim is to help clients find and make use of their own resilience in the pursuit of a more satisfactory life. I see individual adults and couples. My consulting rooms are in downtown Toronto and mid-town Toronto. I also offer online therapy. Currently, all sessions are online due to the covid-19 pandemic. Clients seek help from me for a range of reasons: stress, anxiety, panic or burnout; depression, a sense of being ungrounded or isolated; insomnia; addiction and/or compulsive behaviours (including disordered eating and self-harm); significant life-change or transition; and relationship/identity issues (personal, professional, cultural), and impostor syndrome: the feeling that you are always pretending or hiding behind various masks.
