As a Registered Psychologist located in a South Calgary private practice, I have over twenty years of experience supporting my clients to change and grow. My approach to clinical practice is influenced by my extensive training in Family Systems Theory, Couples' Therapy and Mindfulness based Cognitive/Behavioural Therapy. I believe that a client's therapeutic success is related to feeling safe. I provide an environment that is inclusive, non-judgemental and encourages risk-taking. My approach and interventions are research based and informed by ongoing professional development.
