Jacqueline (Jackie) Tait was recently commissioned as a BC Notary Public, receiving 5 of the 6 awards for high marks on the statutory exams. Her solo Notary practice in Chilliwack opened June 3, 2013. During her 20 years of prior experience in this field she gained extensive knowledge in all areas of conveyancing. This included preparation of all documentation required for the sale, purchase and/or mortgage of houses, stratas, farms, manufactured homes and businesses. Jackie also handled assignments of leases/subleases for Native leased land, Cultus Lake Park and Cottonwood Retirement Village; and prepared mortgage documentation for all the chartered banks, non-bank lenders, and credit unions as well as for private lenders.
