By Jennifer from CalgaryDo not recommendI started to get concerned when he built a fence where we had decided on a gate. He said he had done so many quotes that he'd forgot, but not to worry, that he could fix it. Then I noticed how one panel in the back of the fence was only 1/2 inch lower than the one beside it. Again, this was received very well and Ryan promised he'd move it so it was level with the other. There were lots of little items that one or two on their own wouldn't have been a big deal, but all together made the job look rushed and unprofessional. There was no clean up done around the post holes and pieces of wood and siding, screws and staples were left littered around the yard. The posts were cut uneven along the top of the fence, boards weren't cut to size sticking out past the frames, some of the horizontal bards were put up crooked and or short, and the corner of our fence is far from being square, and there are sections of the fence where it's 6 inches above the ground. My wheelbarrow was used to mix cement but they didn't wash it out afterwards, I had to pick up their discarded water bottles left throughout the yard, it took days after they had left before the remains of the old fence were picked up. It is now a month and a half since he's 'finished' my project and there are still things that he promised to do that have not yet been done. One of our corner posts were not sunk into the ground and cemented. Instead it's sitting an inch above the ground, affixed to the neighbors corner post. Old posts were not taken out, but cut, some of them sticking 1-2 inches above the ground. Ryan told me he would tie off a sprinkler head that would be under the new, this was forgotten and is currently sitting under the shed, still connected to the rest of the system. After asking over and over again if he was going to come finish the job promised. He's stopped by a couple of time to try and fix what was done, but always seemed to leave things unfinished.No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend-
