Alex House - Retreat & Events Centre

Alex House is a place-based, volunteer driven organization. We value equity and diversity, where people from varied backgrounds feel welcome, and able to learn and grow together. We take a decolonizing lens on our work, while deepening our understanding of the impacts of colonization. Our Retreat & Events Centre social enterprise supports our work, while providing space for individuals and organizations to gather (ex. Reunions, Retreats, School Field Trips, Business Meetings etc.). Our grassroots driven initiatives bring neighbours into leadership roles, where they contribute to a vibrant, caring, and inclusive community. Our programs are grown from community needs, contributing to a healthy and engaged community.
