Allowing yourself the resource of therapy equates to valuing yourself, but it’s a hard, oftentimes scary thing to do. We come to therapy because of something in our lives that we are having difficulty facing alone - but sharing this private difficulty with someone else is a major challenge in itself.?You don’t have to do it alone.
