Incorporated in 1983, Green Emerald Investments Inc has long been involved in the Construction, Real Estate and Development business in BC. We have initiated and participated in projects on Vancouver Island, throughout the Lower Mainland and across Salmon Arm and the Shuswap. The most recent projects are "Piccadilly Terrace Retirement Residence", a 91-unit, independent living facility and "The Village at 10th and 10th" a 44-home gated community, both in Salmon Arm and with Geo-thermal heating. The Carriage House in Sorrento, BC is a sold-out , 10-unit premium Townhome project overlooking Shuswap Lake where you can park your Class A motorhome inside your garage. Current projects are Emerald Village on Park Drive, a 90-unit retirement bare land strata in Clearwater, BC and Green Emerald Estates, a large lot subdivision of executive homes in Salmon Arm.
