Dr. Bruce Coward & Associates

Dr. Coward and Associates are a team of highly qualified eye doctors offering a full-range of vision care services including eye examinations for children and adults, treatment of eye disease and the fitting of contact lenses. All three clinics offer laser vision correction patient co-management through the TLC Laser Eye Centers and other Laser Clinics. What started as a one-man practice by Dr. Leonard Coward in 1949 has evolved into a multi-branch practice with offices in Belleville, Trenton and Brighton. The practice has also become intergenerational with one of Dr. Leonard Coward’s sons, Dr. Bruce Coward, who is now the principal owner of the practice. In the past year Dr. Maria Coward, a 3rd generation optometrist, has also joined the practice. Our optical dispensary offers the latest styles in frames and the on-site laboratory offers our patients convenient one-stop shopping for all their eyewear needs.
