She is an industry leader in Mississauga and Oakville, having sold several of the most distinguished homes and properties in these areas. Loretta Phinney Team was voted Best Realtor in Mississauga by the Mississauga News Readers’ Choice Awards, for the 5th consecutive year and her brokerage was voted Best Office for 2017. Loretta Phinney Team also became a member of the Leaders in Luxury Advisory Board for 2015 for the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. Loretta currently lives on Lake Ontario in southeast Oakville with her husband, Ron. They have four adult children and seven grandchildren. Their eldest daughter, Kimberly Phinney, joined the real estate team in 2003 and her husband Case Feenstra in 2016. Her son, Michael Phinney, joined the team in 2012 and his wife Anna Phinney is also on the team as well as includes 15 additional Sales Representatives who are important members of the family.
