Every question I asked was answered with either, "well, that depends..." or "it's up to you...". Didn't seem very anxious to get my business. Will be going elsewhere.No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend
By Stacy Jones from SaskatoonCustomer ReviewWe trusted Walter with our taxes, gave all the needed information and I was reassessed by CRA due to an error on his part (we had a child and he filed me as a single parent even though he knew and was told otherwise). I ended up having to pay $3600 back to CRA for HIS mistake and he refused to take any responsibility for it financially or otherwise. Why again did we pay hundreds to get our taxes done and screwed up so badly?! This is not a small amount of money to be out, it's really hurt our family financially.-
