I must say I don't understand how a company like this stays in business! They are so uncaring and horrible to deal with. They delayed paying a legit claim for no reason and with no apology. I told them that I couldn't feed my kids and that I needed to go to a food bank that weekend. The rep still didn't care. I asked to speak to a supervisor and I was told "no". My Wife was so upset and bawling and they didn't care or do a single thing. We have 4 young kids and they have to go hungry because of their error. WHY are they like this?! We have this insurance carrier through our employer. I just don't get it and it's so upsetting and makes me beyond angry. I don't understand what kind of employee would want to work there knowing it's blood money that they're getting paid with from the client's pain and suffering/loss. Our grocery money is paying their salaries. There must be a psychopath test you must pass to insure that they don't feel sympathy for the distressed clients. Disgusting.
