    Worst experience at any pharmaprix/ shoppers i have ever been to. It started off with me purchasing a telephone top up card. However the cashier was new and still in training. I paid for my things and left. Arriving home to punch in my NIP for my cell i realized the cashier never printed the number on my receipt. The store was going to close in 30 mins so i decided to just call the store and ask for the NIP. Someone picked up immediately but had no idea what a phone NIP was and repeAtedly tried to tell me they didnt even sell those... I got irritated thinking i just lost 46+ dollars. I asked to speak to a supervisor, after i explained to him the situation and giving him my receipt number and time of purchase he gave me a series of numbers. I thanked him and hung up. I then tried the 'NIP' i was given but it was unsuccessful several times. I sat there now steaming and confused i looked at the purchase receipt and realized he had given me my membership number. I called the store again but this time i told the supervisor wasnt available, i tried to explain my situation again and was told to stay on the line while she went to search for the cashier that helped me. I got impatient waiting on my borrowed cell phone so i hopped in my car leaving the cell phone on speaker as i rushed to the store i got lucky i got in before they closed. As i walk in the girl at the makeup department warned me they were closing and i should head to the cashier and if i needed any help finding something, beside her was the phone she was speaking to me with just left there on the counter!!! I looked at her as she had a whole basket of things i suppose she had to put back before they closed, I lifted up the cell phone i had and she just went pale! She just left me waiting on the phone so she could finish up her things to leave!!! I was furious! I marched to the cashier that i had made my purchase with and she had no idea what i needed and said she couldnt help me with anything! A male supervisor approached and said they were closing. Well ofcourse i was not going to leave until i either got my money back pr get what i had already purchased i showed him the receipt and even grabbed another phone card from its rack. He asked the cashier is she printed the NIP for me and she said she didnt know you had to do that or even how to. I finally got my NIP and left. I will definitely never shop here again! I was put through 40 minutes of torture with the people there!! The "customer service" was not to be seen. And lastly they should really get more shelves instead of just laying boxing and pretty much everything all over the floors a person can barely move around let alone try to push a shopping cart through
