Often there are no staff around and violent residents attack other residents. My aunt had a stroke and my mother who travels there every second weekend to visit her was not contacted.the whole building stinks. Staff is rude and uncompassionate . They are obviously there to collect a pay check not because they care about people. This place is disgusting and should be closed. Shame on the Quebec Government from treating seniors like this in there last days. I would give it negative stars if the software would let me.-
