By nathalie from Côte-Saint-Luc(1 of 2 customers found this review helpful)not happy at allhi yesterday the 3 of april I called at 10 am in the morning and in the machine I ordered pills and in the machine it said come at 1pm when I came they couldn't find my prescription I was in a hurry logiquelly that why I ordered on the phone then the receptionist said were extremely busy and I said that's not my problem you don't talk like that to a customer its not profetionnal and she said what you want me to do I was extremely mad I walk out anyway it was not ready I waited an hour so whats the point to ordered by phone its because your busy or eder way the person would come in person to buy seriously I was extremely not happy normally a commis at the laboratory should never talk to a customer like that its normal to be busy but I don't accept that the reason that my pills were not resdy its because she said were busy in the future I hope thing are going to change and that you will talk to your comis I didn't get the name of the comis who serve me in the future I will call to order my pills because I don't want to happen again I was extremely piss offNo, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend-
