The building has a janitor on the payroll for 40 hours a week, specifically to clean the hallways and other common areas. The building has 400 units, and is Windsors tallest residential building in the city. There is an excellent mix of residents and a lot of law students and medical professionals. The building is right in the center of town and the amenities are easy to get to, by foot and by car! I would highly recommend this building!Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

The hallways are never clean, the security is rude and un-frielndy, nothing works in my apartment, everything is broken in the building, and they are unable to get you your mail... EVER. I will not be renewing my rent here, because its one of the worst places to live. I DO NOT RECOMMEND LIVING HERE.No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend-
