    NOT worth moving into .. people constantly moving out for a REASON
    A year of construction on the parking lot was one thing (pure hell but it was supposed to be better after it was done .. but is NOT). NOW starting Sept 8th 2016 visitors will have to have a pass just to visit and park. All that work on the parking lot and they STILL can't figure out how to have all the tenants park and a spot of visitors? The side was for visitors then they changed that. Then the back was (even a huge sign saying visitor parking). NOW they are saying people without the day pass will be towed. THIS is ridiculous! Repairs STILL take quite a long time to get done and get done half ass (pretty bad when family has to fix things because management does such a bad job or the apartment manager (she retired finally at least) says you have to go out and get your own lightbulbs when they put rare fixtures in where you cannot find these bulbs anywhere and she would not tell us where to get them and got frustrated when asked and said it is not her job. WHAT? For the price and the lack of parking spots and lately a few hit and runs in the parking lot when trying to get out of tight spots, it really is NOT worth the money.

    Repairs requested are not done.
    Morale is low because many long timers have been and are still moving out due to the fact that repairs requested are not being done. Building needs new windows and several individuals have reported repair requests over the years. People vote with their feet. We miss those who have moved out.
