By chris from waterlooCustomer ReviewThis was one of the best places in town. No longer. After bringing the car in to get the tires changed I noticed an exhaust leak. I gave them the benifit of the doubt that nothing they did caused the leak. They charged me to fix the leak but the car still didn't sound right. When I confronted them they told me that they didn't fix the whole leak. When I asked why they didn't tell me the car wasn't fixed they tried to blame me for picking up the car too quickly. Numerous excuses for why they didn't have the car done when they said they would etc. Manager didn't get back to me when I complained and the tech told me that no one will fix the issue for free (I paid over $480, they didn't fix it). Under the previous management this never would have happened.-
