John Kavanagh, Proprietor Malcom Cole, Executive Chef John and Malcom are passionate supporters of Tall Ships' commitment to quality, in a casual but elegant atmosphere, with a style that evokes a strong sense of place and the romance of the Gilded Age. They are excited about building upon the local flavours and culture of the world famous Thousand Islands and developing a team of local talent to deliver a food and beverage experience at the Resort for the patrons of the Grille, members and guests of the TSL Club, residents of the Lookout and attendees at Aquatarium events.
