    ZERO concern re: quality customer servic
    DIABOLICAL. AVOID AS THOUGH YOUR LIFE DEPENDED ON IT.

    I received a dangerously poor full set of acrylics, though from a very nice person. The tips were incorrectly applied leaving space between the nail and the tip allowing moisture to trap in 8 out of 10 nails. All edges had suffered significant lifting after 4 days to the point of requiring removal of some after 7 days. Upon growing out (within the first week) the varying thickness along the cuticle line became distressingly apparent, sharp jagged etc. All in all a complete disaster of a set and after having had acrylics for almost 20 years intermittently possibly the worst one to date.

    MOST DISTRESSING however was the complete and utter lack of care or concern by the manager of the Eaton Centre location as well as L'Attitudes head office. I left two messages with head office never to have a return call. The manager at the shop was completely unconcerned and uninterested repairing the problem. In an industry catering to client aesthetics and customer care their complete lack of interest in dealing with a direct problem indicates a deeply troubled company.

    This is precisely the reason this industry requires regulation - idiots like these people. I strongly advise against supporting this amateurish excuse for a business.
