    Best Vet Ever
Not only does this group of committed people take care of animals, they take care of their owners as well. They have saved us thousands of dollars by giving us REAL answers and not more tests and expenses. Our Burmese cat was recently losing weight and acting like he was getting old, which he is. They promptly diagnosed him with feline diabetes and prescribed a course of insulin and antibiotics which has given him a whole new lease on life and made my wife (his mommy)happier than I can describe. These are great people and they really care. I can give no higher recommendation than that I trust them implicitly with the lives of our pets. They are our children so I'm saying a lot.
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

    Customer Review
Their prices are good, however, when it comes to diagnosing they fall extremely short. If they diagnose an animal with cancer BE WARY! We were told three months ago when we brought our dog in with swollen glands in his neck that he had cancer. The vet we saw there told us all his lymph nodes were swollen, and he would have about 6 months left to live. Within two months after being told that our dog had completely lost his personality, was throwing up bile daily, hardly eating, and when he stopped throwing up one Monday he immediately started developing pockets of fluid in his neck. We brought him back to the male vet at queensway who told us it was a symptom of the cancer. He was put on prednisone (a steroid) to help him eat and feel better. Within 25 hours our dogs neck was completely swollen with fluid, his face was swollen, you could only see the white of his eyes because the weight in his face was pulling his eyes down. His skin was beat red, he could hardly breathe, so we made the difficult decision that we would put him down. Thursday (two days later) we took him to a more local vet, thinking it would be closer to home, and she wanted to do a full exam on him. We obliged, and she did x rays, biopsy, full exam...NO CANCER. he had a massive infection that went untreated for two months and nearly killed him. If we had taken him to queensway that day they would have put him down. I have since spoken to others with this diagnosis of cancer from queensway who weren't even recommended a biopsy to confirm. I've also saved another dog from the same misdiagnosis in the last two weeks since our experience.
