When asked to show some variety of abayas she rudely said this is all , you can go somewhere ??. Will not recommend as even the things are very old fashioned and all threads embs come out of apparel.
By Rp from MarkhamCustomer ReviewI have been going to this store for over 10 years... Until today. The last time I will ever shop there. The sister who owns/ runs the store humiliated me. I had returned a dress that was huge and a neck accessory that I purchased yesterday. I also purchased a beautiful bag with a praying carpet set $15. But unfortunately I noticed the problems with the bag the broken zipper /side seams ripped after I returned home. The bag was defective. My friend and I live very far away (Aurora). So its difficult to go to this particular store on a daily basis. I had already made intention that I would just like to exchange the bag only with same design . If there was none then I would just keep the original bag. Today at the store, I tried to explain to the owner /sister the defect on the bag and that I merely wanted to just exchange the bag or keep it if there were none. The sister refused to believe the bag was defective prior to purchase. She was indirectly replying that I had broken the bag... Then ignored me as I tried to explain my intention to keep the bag if no exchange of the exact same patern was available. The sister continued to ignore me and went immediately to her till and took out cash bills and threw them at me on her glass table. Then went to the back of the store. I waited till she returned and I politely explained my intention. She rudely said she has none and once again indirectly said I broke the bag. I then proceeded to explain that I need to return the hijab Accesorie and the huge dress. She returned the money to me but basically said I waisted her time yesterday since my friend also returned a few dresses. She was very rude and humiliated me especially since I have never once returned an item in all the years I have shopped there. This store lost my business.-
