Their is a communication problem that needs to be fixed.
Undelivered parcel labels are rediculous.
- They have no address of the courier.
- they have no phone # to contact.
- The labels are stuck on the windows with all the text facing the wrong way, everybody does not enter from the front entrance to see it.
- their is no sign at the CANPAR facility to indicate where the entrance is to the so called office area,
- Lack of understanding regarding the intercom system at deliver site.
- The CANPAR phone number is not to be found in the local telephone directory.
- outright denial of any fault on their part.
also - when i did get contact to the CANPAR depot i discovered that their are 2 or 3 different address #'s
The person on the phone gave me an address different than the web page displays.
The only thing i found in common was the telephone # that i got from PITNEY BOWS and the CANPAR web site.
I have experienced a number of problems with various parcel delivery couriers and all seem to have this communication problem.
Hence i now add you to my list of couriers that i'd try to avoid using. along with FEDEX, UPS, and now CANPAR.
I'll keep myselfe aware about any fixes to these kinds os problems.
P.S I am very discgusted with the service i recieved and i held my tongue in this transcript.
