    Terrible
    absolutely nothing good to say about these people. Uninterested in my questions, did not pay any attention to what I asked for. Butchered the piece I brought in and made up something I did not ask for yet expected me to pay for it. We agreed to have them start over and make the piece I had requested but they never called me back. I called to leave a message and still no call back. If I could give a zero star rating I would.

    Poor quality materials used to make my bathing suits, poor service and no standing behind their work
    I bought two bathing suits at Forbies, one off the rack which they altered slightly to fit me better and one custom-made, a copy of a suit that I've had for 13 years. During the transaction I dealt with the owner's husband, who I found to be particularly unpleasant. The custom-made suit is unwearable, cut completely wrong, and the other suit has stretched so much I can no longer wear it. I could have lived with one suit being made incorrectly if the other one hadn't stretched out of shape so badly I can't use it anymore. This is after wearing it no more than eight times. It has never been exposed to chlorine and is washed gently with hand soap, hung to dry. My 13 year old suit fits me much better than this poorly made suit. When I called and spoke to the owner she basically said too bad, we can make you another one but you will have to pay for it. No mention of the fact that one of the suits was never made properly and as far as the other one stretching, she tried to blame it on chlorine in the pools. I have never been in a pool with it and told her so. I do not normally complain publicly about poor service and poor products but these folks have really angered me with their attitude. Makes you wonder how they stay in business.
