Our services include. • Product development including design, rapid prototyping and prototype tooling • Mould making of simple to complex multi cavity moulds using the latest CAD\CAM technology • Injection moulding of a multitude of components from short run development parts to multi cavity high production runs. • We currently have 22 moulding machines up to 600 tons running 24/5 • Sub-assembly and packaging through to full turnkey of customer products Our customers include small local technology firms through to large multinationals servicing the Telecommunication, Medical, First Responder, Consumer Products, Health and Safety and other industries. Our focus is on technical moulding and our systems and people have been developed to meet the amplified demands of technical moulding. Under one roof, we are able to bring products to life.
