By Sam from OttawaOwner not keeping his word=no more business from meAfter translating a very heated discussion (owner did not speak French),during car wash altercation with client who refused to drive thru, I offered to resolve the issue by going in his place. Owner said he would give me a free car wash ticket. Since I had not even used my ticket code, I assumed I would just use it next time. Not the case...when trying to enter, it was coming up "invalid code" Not only had the owner cancelled my code, he now expected me to pay for it!!Even after fully remembering the situation and acknowledging how I assisted. To further add insult to injury, he made me leave the carwash, having waited in line for 20 minutes, and having all four vehicles behind me reverse to allow me to back up and go. After total disbelief, I left...and will never return again!!! Any owner who cannot resolve a situation as simple as this and values saving the cost of a car wash, over keeping his word, does not deserve my business...No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend-
