By Don from OrilliaPoor Customer ServiceIf you enjoy poor/inadequate service than this is the place to stay. They won't check in early; even to just do the paper work. Expect to wait 2hrs past the checkin time of 2pm as their housekeeping staff run late. Rooms aren't cleaned during stay overs unless requested. But they don't tell you this! Continental breakfast is from 7-9 but starts between 7:30 to 8(run late). No healthy food choices in the breakfast. They allow the life saving devices in the pool area to be used as flotation devices even after addressed. They have no problem putting a family of small children in a room with a broken window (temporary until reg. room ready) The window was indicated to be properly and safely secured. It had a plastic bag covering the front and the curtain was pulled across inside. upon investigation sharred glass was still their and if any one slipped in that direction injury would occur. When approached about these instances the management said it wasn't there problem and they are trying to make changes but don't expect any compensation. They made me feel as if everything is my fault, not there's and the fact I booked at a discount nothing further will be done. UNACCEPTABLE!!!No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend-
